Rule 3745-81-31 | Reporting requirements for public water systems.

 

(A) Except where a different reporting period is specified in this chapter or in rule 3745-89-08 of the Administrative Code, the public water system is responsible for ensuring that the results of a test, measurement, or analysis required to be made by this chapter are reported to the director within the first ten days following the month in which the result is received for that test, measurement, or analysis or within the first ten days following the end of the required monitoring period as specified by the director, whichever occurs first.

(B) The director may invalidate sample results that do not contain complete and accurate sample location information, as well as results of obvious sampling or analytical error.

(C) The public water system shall report to the director within forty-eight hours the failure to comply with any requirement of state primary drinking water rules, unless otherwise stated in this chapter.
