Rule 3750-1-02 | Purpose.

The purpose of Chapters 3750-1 to 3750-85 of the Administrative Code is to establish the commission and the committees and emergency districts to implement, administer and enforce, in conjunction with the USEPA, Ohio EPA and local fire departments, the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986 in this state.
