3769-11-06 Licensed person required to have a license.

(A) “Licensed person” pertains to any one person who has received a license from the Ohio state racing commission.

(B) A “person required to have a license” pertains to any one whose activities on a permit holder’s premises or satellite wagering facility would require such person to be so licensed.
