3769-17-07 Wager restriction.

No driver, trainer or owner shall wager on any horse other than his own horse in any race in which he participates or permit anyone to so wager for him. For any violation of this rule, the driver, trainer or owner may be subject to such penalties provided by the rules of this commission.
