3769-17-12 Foul driving, disqualification.

The judges shall take cognizance of foul driving, whether objection to same is made or not. The judges shall determine the extent of disqualification in cases of fouls occurring during the running of the race. They may place an offending horse just behind such horses as in their judgment it interfered with, or they may place it last.
