Rule 3769-2-32 | Financial responsibility action fee.
Any individual, company or other entity who requests the commission to take action against a licensee under the financial responsibility rule will submit the request in writing indicating the debt owed was horseracing related. The request has to be accompanied by a certified copy of the court judgment against the licensee and a non-returnable fee of one hundred dollars by certified check or money order made payable to the "Ohio State Racing Commission."
