3769-3-11 Emergency situations.

In the event any emergency situation arises in connection with the operation of the parimutuel department not provided for by these rules, the parimutuel manager shall make an immediate decision and inform the state steward and the commission representative of his action and render a full report to the commission the following day. Public announcement shall be made describing such emergency situation and the decision made thereon.
