Rule 3769-5-42 | Notice in writing.

 

No horse shall be considered scratched or declared out of an engagement until the owner, trainer, authorized agent, or some person deputized by one of them, shall have given due notice in writing to the racing secretary before the time stipulated by the regulations of the permit holder.
