Rule 3769-6-07 | Claims.

 

(A) Any horse starting in a claiming race shall be subject to claim for its entered price. All claims must be made in writing on forms and in envelopes furnished by the permit holder. Both forms and envelopes must be filled out completely and must be sufficiently accurate to identify the claim or the claim will be void.

(B) Notwithstanding any designation of sex or age appearing on the racing program or in any racing publication, the claimant of a horse shall be solely responsible for determining the age or sex of the horse claimed.
