3769-6-12 Deliver to paddock.

Any horse that has been claimed shall, after the race has been run, be taken to an area designated by the stewards. If a test is required the horse shall be taken to the test barn and shall remain in the care of the original trainer until released by the commission veterinarian who shall there after release to the claimant.
