Rule 3769-6-27 | Weights.

 

The owner or his representative shall be responsible for the weight his horse carries. No horse may carry more than two pounds overweight without consent of its owner or trainer, but in no case shall a horse carry more than seven pounds overweight, except in a stakes race where no more than ten pounds overweight shall be permitted.
