3769-6-39 Discipline by starter.

The starter may, with the approval of the stewards, discipline jockeys for rule infractions at the post or for disobedience of the starter’s instructions by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars and/or suspension of not more than five days. However, the stewards may impose a more extended suspension. Such suspension shall begin at the close of the day’s racing.
