Rule 3769-7-35 | Payment of fines.
All fines imposed shall be paid to the stewards. Any person failing to pay a fine within ten days from the ruling date shall be suspended and may be referred to the commission for further action, unless an appeal has been filed with the commission. When the appeal is terminated and the person is to pay a fine, the fine must be paid to the stewards within ten days from the date the appeal is terminated. If the fine is not paid within ten days from the date the appeal is terminated, the person shall be suspended and may be referred to the commission for further action.
