Rule 3769-7-37 | Improper language.

 

If any licensed person uses improper language or threatens any racing official,uses profane or indecent language, carries or exhibits a deadly weapon, or otherwise disturbs the peace of any race track enclosure, they may be ejected, fined, suspended, or referred to the commission for further action.
