3769-7-46 Ban on dealing in horses.

No employee of any commercial track whose duties include the classification or entry of horses shall participate financially, directly or indirectly, in the purchase or sale of any horse which races at such meeting. Any person violating this rule shall be suspended by the stewards and the matter referred to the commission.
