3770:1-6-04 General prize structure of all lottery games.

(A) Total prize disbursements. Total prize disbursements in the state lottery shall be of an amount equal, to at least fifty percent of the total net sales of lottery tickets on a fiscal year basis.

(B) Prize structure of lottery games. In each lottery game, prizes ranging from low tier prize amounts to high tier prizes including grand prizes shall be awarded.
