(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game number one hundred ten, “26th Anniversary Millions,” shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, “sales cycle” shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game number one hundred ten.
(B) General design.
(1) Game number one hundred ten is an instant lottery game within which are contained three separate games.
(a) “Game 1” is a match three of six game. The player who matches three like prize amounts wins that prize amount. If the player matches two like prize amounts plus a “double” symbol, the player wins double that prize amount.
(b) “Game 2” is a key number match game with an additional feature. The player removes the covering over the play area to reveal four “anniversary numbers,” ten “your numbers,” and ten corresponding prize amounts. If any one or more of “your numbers” matches any of the “anniversary numbers,” the player wins the prize shown below the matching “your numbers.” If the number “26” is revealed in any one of the “your numbers” play spots, the player automatically wins all ten prize amounts.
(c) “Game 3” is number match game. The player who matches two like prize amounts wins twenty-six dollars automatically. The player who matches three like prize amounts wins one hundred dollars automatically.
(2) As used in this rule, “prize award” shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: Five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty-five dollars, twenty-six dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, one hundred thousand dollars and one million dollars. Each ticket in game number one hundred ten shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game number one hundred ten shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be one type of prize in game number one hundred ten called a “regular prize award.”
(2) The only “prize values” which shall appear on a ticket in game number one hundred ten are:
(a) “Game 1”?one dollar, five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, five thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and one million dollars.
(b) “Game 2”?one dollar, two dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and one million dollars.
(c) “Game 3”?twenty-six dollars and one hundred dollars.
(3) Prize values appearing on any ticket in game number one hundred ten shall be concealed by an opaque covering which may be scratched off by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying prize values.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for one dollar and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for two dollars once and one dollar once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for two dollars two times and one dollar once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for five dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for two dollars five times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for one dollar ten times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one dollar five times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for one dollar and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars once, two dollars once and one dollar once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for fifteen dollars in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for five dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars once and five dollars once in
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars three times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching any one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for two dollars four times and one dollar two times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one dollar in “game 1,” and revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for two dollars four times and one dollar six times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for five dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for fifteen dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars four times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five dollars three times and ten dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one dollar in “game 1,” and revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for two dollars six times, five dollars two times and one dollar two times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-six dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for twenty-five dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for ten dollars in “game 1,” matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars once and two dollars two times in “game 2,” and matching two like prize amounts for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five dollars two times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars three times and five dollars three times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars two times and five dollars six times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for twenty-five dollars in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for five dollars three times, two dollars four times, one dollar two times and twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for fifty dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for ten dollars six times, five dollars three times and twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five dollars two times and fifty dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for twenty-five dollars in “game 1,” matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for two dollars two times, ten dollars four times and five dollars once in “game 2,” and matching two like prize amounts for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for five dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” and matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars six times, twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for fifty dollars in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for fifty dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for ten dollars seven times, twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one hundred dollars in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for twenty-five dollars four times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars two times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for fifty dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1,” matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for fifty dollars six times in “game 2,” and matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five hundred in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 1,” matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for fifty dollars two times and twenty-five dollars eight times in “game 2,” and matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 1,” matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one hundred dollars six times and fifty dollars four times in “game 2,” and matching three like prize amounts for one hundred dollars in “game 3” shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching two like prize amounts for five hundred dollars and revealing a “doubler” symbol in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one hundred dollars five times and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for fifty dollars eight times, one hundred dollars once and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket revealing the number “26” in one of the “your numbers” play spots for one hundred dollars five times, one thousand dollars four times and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for five thousand dollars in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one thousand dollars five times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five thousand dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for five thousand dollars five times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for twenty-five thousand dollars in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching any one or more of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for twenty-five thousand dollars four times in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred thousand dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for fifty thousand dollars in “game 1,” and matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for fifty thousand dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one hundred thousand dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching one of “your numbers” to any of the “anniversary numbers” for one million dollars once in “game 2” shall win a regular prize award of one million dollars; and
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three like prize amounts for one million dollars in “game 1” shall win a regular prize award of one million dollars.
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game number one hundred ten will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets sold per eight million tickets sold in the following categories will be as follows:
(a) One ticket matching for one million dollars in “game 1” to win one million dollars;
(b) One ticket matching for one million dollars once in “game 2” to win one million dollars;
(c) Two tickets matching for fifty thousand dollars in “game 1” and matching for fifty thousand dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred thousand dollars;
(d) One ticket matching for twenty-five thousand dollars four times in “game 2” to win one hundred thousand dollars;
(e) Two tickets matching for twenty-five thousand dollars in “game 1” to win twenty-five thousand dollars;
(f) Two tickets matching for five thousand dollars five times in “game 2” to win twenty-five thousand dollars;
(g) One ticket matching for twenty-five thousand dollars once in “game 2” to win twenty-five thousand dollars;
(h) Two tickets matching for one thousand dollars five times in “game 2” to win five thousand dollars;
(i) Two tickets matching for five thousand dollars in “game 1” to win five thousand dollars;
(j) Two tickets revealing the number “26” for one hundred dollars five times, one thousand dollars four times and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” to win five thousand dollars;
(k) Five tickets revealing the number “26” for fifty dollars eight times, one hundred dollars once and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” to win one thousand dollars;
(l) Five tickets matching for one hundred dollars five times and five hundred dollars once in “game 2” to win one thousand dollars;
(m) Five tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for five hundred dollars doubled in “game 1” to win one thousand dollars; and
(n) Five tickets matching for one hundred dollars in “game 1,” matching for one hundred dollars six times and fifty dollars four times in “game 2,” and matching for one hundred dollars in “game 3” to win one thousand dollars.
(3) Mathematical reasoning indicates that, over a sufficiently large number of tickets sold, the average number of winning tickets per five hundred thousand tickets sold will be as follows:
(a) Eight tickets matching for one hundred dollars in “game 1,” matching for fifty dollars two times and twenty-five dollars eight times in “game 2,” and matching for one hundred dollars in “game 3” to win five hundred dollars;
(b) Eight tickets matching for five hundred dollars in “game 1” to win five hundred dollars;
(c) Eight tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for fifty dollars doubled in “game 1,” matching for fifty dollars six times in “game 2,” and matching for one hundred dollars in “game 3” to win five hundred dollars;
(d) Eight tickets revealing the number “26” for twenty-five dollars four times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars two times in “game 2” to win five hundred dollars;
(e) Fifty tickets matching for one hundred dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(f) Fifty tickets matching for one hundred dollars in “game 3” to win one hundred dollars;
(g) Fifty tickets matching for ten dollars seven times, twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(h) Fifty tickets matching for fifty dollars in “game 1,” and matching for fifty dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(i) Fifty tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for five dollars doubled in “game 1,” and matching for ten dollars six times, twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(j) Fifty tickets matching for twenty-five dollars in “game 1,” matching for two dollars two times, ten dollars four times and five dollars once in “game 2,” and matching for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” to win one hundred dollars;
(k) Fifty tickets matching for twenty-five dollars two times and fifty dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(l) Fifty tickets revealing the number “26” for ten dollars six times, five dollars three times and twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” to win one hundred dollars;
(m) Fifty tickets revealing a “doubler” symbol for fifty dollars doubled in “game 1” to win one hundred dollars;
(n) Five hundred tickets revealing the number “26” for five dollars three times, two dollars four times, one dollar two times and twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” to win fifty dollars;
(o) Five hundred tickets matching for twenty-five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” to win fifty dollars;
(p) Five hundred tickets matching for ten dollars two times and five dollars six times in “game 2” to win fifty dollars;
(q) Five hundred tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for ten dollars three times and five dollars three times in “game 2” to win fifty dollars;
(r) Five hundred tickets matching for twenty-five dollars two times in “game 2” to win fifty dollars;
(s) Five hundred tickets matching for ten dollars in “game 1,” matching for ten dollars once and two dollars two times in “game 2,” and matching for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” to win fifty dollars;
(t) Five hundred tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for twenty-five dollars doubled in “game one” to win fifty dollars;
(u) Five thousand one hundred sixty-two tickets matching for twenty-six dollars in “game 3” to win twenty-six dollars;
(v) One thousand three hundred tickets matching for one dollar in “game 1,” and revealing the number “26” for two dollars six times, five dollars two times and one dollar two times in “game 2” to win twenty-five dollars;
(w) One thousand three hundred tickets matching for five dollars three times and ten dollars once in “game 2” to win twenty-five dollars;
(x) One thousand three hundred tickets matching for twenty-five dollars once in “game 2” to win twenty-five dollars;
(y) One thousand three hundred tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for five dollars four times in “game 2” to win twenty-five dollars;
(z) One thousand eight hundred tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for five dollars doubled in “game 1,” and matching for fifteen dollars once in “game 2” to win twenty-five dollars;
(aa) One thousand seven hundred fifty tickets matching for one dollar in “game 1,” and revealing the number “26” for two dollars four times and one dollar six times in “game 2” to win fifteen dollars;
(bb) Two thousand tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for two dollars four times and one dollar two times in “game 2” to win fifteen dollars;
(cc) Three thousand tickets matching for five dollars three times in “game 2” to win fifteen dollars;
(dd) Two thousand five hundred tickets matching for ten dollars once and five dollars once in “game 2” to win fifteen dollars;
(ee) Three thousand seven hundred fifty tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for five dollars doubled in “game 1,” and matching for five dollars once in “game 2” to win fifteen dollars;
(ff) Two thousand tickets matching for fifteen dollars in “game 1” to win fifteen dollars;
(gg) Five thousand tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for one dollar doubled in “game 1,” and matching for five dollars once, two dollars once and one dollar once in “game 2” to win ten dollars;
(hh) Five thousand tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for one dollar five times in “game 2” to win ten dollars;
(ii) Five thousand tickets revealing the number “26” for one dollar ten times in “game 2” to win ten dollars;
(jj) Five thousand tickets matching for two dollars five times in “game 2” to win ten dollars;
(kk) Five thousand tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1,” and matching for five dollars once in “game 2” to win ten dollars;
(ll) Six thousand two hundred fifty tickets matching and revealing a “doubler” symbol for five dollars doubled in “game 1” to win ten dollars;
(mm) Twenty-two thousand two hundred fifty tickets matching for two dollars two times and one dollar once in “game 2” to win five dollars;
(nn) Nineteen thousand tickets revealing a “doubler” symbol for one dollar doubled in “game 1,” and matching for two dollars once and one dollar once in “game 2” to win five dollars;
(oo) Nineteen thousand two hundred fifty tickets matching for five dollars once in “game 2” to win five dollars; and
(pp) Twenty-seven thousand tickets matching for five dollars in “game 1” to win five dollars.
(F) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game number one hundred ten shall be accomplished in a manner which complies with the commission’s rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game number one hundred ten is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game number one hundred ten in which the ticket was sold.
(G) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by agents in accordance with commission rules. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(H) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission’s rules, the director may declare a ticket in game number one hundred ten void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission’s liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(I) Director’s conduct of game number one hundred ten.
(1) The director shall conduct game number one hundred ten in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act, the rules of the commission, including without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game number. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game number one hundred ten.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game number one hundred ten used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game number one hundred ten and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
