3772-23-06 Casino operator licensee or applicant's duties.

(A) Each casino operator licensee or applicant shall submit to the commission for its approval detailed internal control plans for compliance with this rule at least sixty days before commencing casino gaming.

(B) Each casino operator licensee or applicant shall exclude any individual on the involuntary exclusion list from the casino facility.

(C) Each casino operator licensee or applicant shall notify the commission's gaming agents if an excluded individual has entered or attempted to enter the casino facility.

(D) Each casino operator licensee or applicant shall train all key employees, casino gaming employees and any other relevant employees to understand the exclusion list and its function.

(E) Each casino operator licensee or applicant shall distribute the most up-to-date copy of the involuntary exclusion list to all key employees, casino gaming employees and any other relevant employees.

(F) After the commission approves the licensee or applicant's plan, the licensee or applicant may not make any changes to the plan without notifying the commission of a proposed change thirty days in advance and without first receiving the commission's approval.
