The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the city of Brecksville, Ohio to exercise enforcement authority, to accept and approve plans and specifications, and to make inspections for residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto.
