4101:2-70-19 Certification of the building department of the city of Campbell, Ohio.

The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the city of Campbell, Ohio on the condition the Mahoning county building department exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
