4101:2-75-06 Certification of the building department of the city of Marietta, Ohio.

(A) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the city of Marietta, Ohio on the condition that the Washington county building department exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.

(B) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the city of Marietta, Ohio to exercise enforcement authority, to accept and approve plans and specifications, and to make inspections for residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted thereto except “Plumbing” provisions.
