4101:2-75-44 Certification of the building department of the village of the village of Yankee Lake, Ohio.

The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Yankee Lake, Ohio on the condition that the Trumbull county building department exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
