4101:2-75-45 Certification of the building department of the village of Verona, Ohio.

(A) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Verona, Preble and Montgomery counties, Ohio on the condition that the city of Eaton building department exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for nonresidential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.

(B) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Verona, Preble and Montgomery counties, Ohio on the condition that Preble county building department exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
