4101:2-76-16 Certification of the building department of the village of Milan, Ohio.

(A) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Milan, Erie county, Ohio on the condition that the city of Huron building department exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for nonresidential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.

(B) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Milan, Erie county, Ohio on the condition that the building department of Huron township, Erie county, to exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
