4101:2-76-35 Certification of the building department of the village of Ripley, Ohio.

(A) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Ripley, Brown county, Ohio on the condition that the Clermont county building department exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto except “Plumbing” provisions.

(B) The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Ripley, Brown county, Ohio on the condition the Brown county building department exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
