4101:2-76-38 Certification of the building department of the village of Wayne, Ohio.

The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the village of Wayne, Ohio on the condition that the Wood county building department exercise enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for non-residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto. The enforcement of the “Plumbing” provisions shall be performed by the village.
