The board of building standards, pursuant to section 3781.20 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the board of building appeals of Medina county, Ohio to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders of the local building official pertaining to the enforcement of the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto.
