The board of building standards, pursuant to division (A) of section 3781.20 of the Revised Code, authorizes the certified board of building appeals of the city of Dayton, Ohio, under contract, to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders of the building official of the certified building department of the city of West Carrollton, Ohio pertaining to the enforcement of the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto.
