4101:2-80-01 Certification of building departments to enforce the residential code of Ohio.

The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the following building department which have been previously certified to enforce the nonresidential building code to exercise enforcement authority and to accept and approve plans and specifications for residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rule adopted pursuant thereto:

4101:2-80-03 Third certification of building departments to enforce the residential code of Ohio.
