4101:2-81-14 Certification of building department of Logan county, Ohio.

The board of building standards, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of Logan county, Ohio to exercise enforcement authority and to accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections for residential buildings in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 3781.and 3791. of the Revised Code and any rules adopted pursuant thereto, except “Plumbing” provisions.
