4101:2-93-04 Electrical safety inspectors, procedure relative to applications.

(A) All applications shall be considered by the board and the action taken shall be recorded in the minutes, noted on the application form, and the applicant so notified.

(B) The board reserves the right to establish or change the classification under which the applicant is claiming eligibility to take the examination.
