4121-3-01 Office locations and office hours.

Service offices of the industrial commission shall be located in cities as determined by the industrial commission.

Each office will be open during posted hours of operation, holidays excepted, for the receipt and filing of claim applications or any other documents and for the transaction of any business pertinent to the administration of the workers’ compensation law.
