The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to establish contributions made to the coal-workers pneumoconiosis fund by employers pursuant to sections 4121.121 and 4131.04 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the premium rates per one hundred dollar unit of payroll to be effective July 1, 2011, as indicated in appendix A to this rule.
