4123-17-33 Public employer taxing district industry group and limited loss ratio tables.

The administrator of workers’ compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers’ compensation board of directors, has authority to calculate contributions made to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to section 4121.121 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the credibility table parts A and B to be effective January 1, 2012 applicable to the payroll reporting period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 for public employer taxing districts as indicated in appendixes A and B to this rule.
