4123-17-33.1 Public employer taxing districts credibility table.

The administrator of workers’ compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers’ compensation board of directors, has authority to calculate contributions made to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to section 4121.121 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the credibility table part A, “credibility and maximum value of a loss,” to be effective January 1, 2012, applicable to the payroll reporting period January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012, for public employer taxing districts as indicated in appendix A to this rule.
