4123-17-34 Public employer taxing districts contribution to the state insurance fund.

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to approve contributions made to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to section 4121.121 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets base rates and expected loss rates to be effective January 1, 2013 applicable to the payroll reporting period January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 for public employer taxing districts as indicated in appendix A to this rule.
