4123-18-09 Vocational rehabilitation provider fee schedule.

(A) Pursuant to sections 4121.441 and 4121.61 of the Revised Code, the bureau shall adopt rules for the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers. The administrator hereby adopts the vocational rehabilitation provider fee schedule indicated in appendix A to this rule, developed with stakeholder input, effective October 1, 2012.

(B) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (A) of this rule, consistent with the provisions of division (C)(1) of section 4121.44 of the Revised Code, managed care organizations may enter into other arrangements and reimbursement agreements with medical, professional and pharmacy providers.
