For
the purposes of the "Alternative Trade Adjustment Assistance (ATAA) for Older Workers Program" established by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Reform Act of 2002, an individual will be considered to be "employed full-time" when the individual is employed for at least thirty-five hours per week or is, by custom or as specified by contract, in full-time employment.
