Rule 4146-3-02 | Appeals heard by the review commission.

 

(A) The review commission may hear and decide any request for review from a hearing officer level decision or may assign such to a hearing officer to conduct a hearing for and on behalf of the review commission.

(B) The review commission may hear and decide any application for appeal from the director's hearing officer's decision in a labor dispute heard pursuant to division (B) of section 4141.283 of the Revised Code.

(C) The review commission may hear and decide any hearing officer level appeal referred by a hearing officer or removed to the review commission on its own motion.

(D) The review commission may hear and decide any appeal filed pursuant to division (D)(2) of section 4141.26 of the Revised Code from reconsidered decisions issued by the director or the director's deputy.

(E) Notice of the removal of any case to the review commission shall be sent by electronic means or mailed to each interested party.
