4167-15-02 Exmeption may be revoked.

Once an exemption is granted, it may be revoked.

(A) If R.C. 4167.19(I) is not complied with.

(B) If pursuant to an R.C.4167.19(I), 4167.19(G) or 4167.06 inspection, hazardous or unsafe conditions are found.
