4301:1-1-64 Population estimates.

For the purpose of determining quota as authorized by section 4303.29 of the Revised Code, the liquor control commission and the division of liquor control will recognize the population count for each political subdivision as determined by the federal decennial census, the population estimates certified by the Ohio department of development between federal census years, a "special census" conducted by the federal census bureau, a "self-enumeration" so long as it is supervised by either the Ohio department of development or the federal census bureau, or a "symptomatic indicators" enumeration as conducted by the Ohio department of development using the best available means to construct such. In each case, the cost of obtaining such estimate shall be borne by the party requesting such data.
