Rule 4301:1-1-59 | Solicitation of patrons.

 

No liquor permit holder and no agent or employee of a liquor permit holder shall:

(A) Solicit or in any manner approach a consumer for the purchase of beer or intoxicating liquor, money, or anything of value for the permit holder, the agent, employee, or any other person other than the consumer. No liquor permit holder shall allow any person not acting as an agent of or employed by the permit holder on the permit premises to solicit or in any manner approach a consumer for the purchase of beer or intoxicating liquor, money, or anything of value either for the permit holder, their agent, employee, or any other person;

(B) Commit or allow any person on the permit premises to commit the offense of soliciting, as set forth in Chapter 2907. of the Revised Code;

(C) Commit or allow any person on the permit premises to commit the offense of prostitution, as set forth in Chapter 2907. of the Revised Code.
