4501:2-1-21 Acceptance of vehicle inspected in another state.

The Superintendent of the Ohio State Highway Patrol may authorize the acceptance in this state, of a certificate of inspection and approval, issued in another state, having an inspection law similar to Section 4513.02 of the Revised Code of Ohio.
