4501-23-32 Possession of license.

The motorized bicycle license, driver’s license issued under Chapter 4507. of the Revised Code, or commercial driver’s license issued under Chapter 4506. of the Revised Code shall be in the immediate possession of the operator of the motorized bicycle while operating such vehicle.
