4501-54-02 Definitions.

As used in Chapter 4501-54 of the Administrative Code:

(A) "Course" means the motor vehicle accident prevention course for drivers age sixty or older.

(B) "Course director" means the individual designated by the course operator to conduct the motor vehicle accident prevention course for drivers age sixty or older.

(C) "Course operator" means the person approved by the director of the department of public safety to operate a motor vehicle accident prevention course for drivers age sixty or older.

(D) "Course records" mean the course curriculum, all course materials, instructors guides, copies of written examinations, and examination scores.

(E) "Drug use" means the use of prescription or nonprescription drugs.

(F) "Participant or student" means a person age sixty or older taking the motor vehicle accident prevention course.

(G) "Director" means the director of the department of public safety.
