4709-5-04 Restoration of license.

(A) Any licensed barber or instructor who retires from practice or allows his/her license to lapse may have his license restored within two years of the date of expiration only upon payment of all lapsed renewal fees.

(B) No barber or instructor who held a license which has lapsed for more than three years, may have his/her license restored without first passing an examination as provided in section 4709.11 of the Revised Code and paying all restoration fees.
