4709-7-04 Plumbing permit.

All new shops, i.e., those not previously licensed as shops, and all shops which have been closed for two years or more shall be required to pass final inspection. All necessary plumbing permits and inspections of plumbing shall be obtained from the plumbing unit of the “Ohio Department of Health, 246 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio, 43266-0508” or the appropriate local government agency intended for this purpose.
