4709-7-09 Mobile home shops.

Mobile homes, motor homes, trailers or any type of recreational vehicle must be permanently set on a foundation or they shall not be approved. Rooms approved for barber services shall maintain a separate entrance which shall not open off the living quarters, and shall not have any doors or openings to the living quarters.
