4709-7-10 Barber shop licenses.

(A) Shop licenses are not transferable from one address to another or from one owner to another. A shop license must be obtained from the board before any shop is permitted to open.

(B) Where there has been a change in shop ownership, or when the shop's license name has been changed, a new license must be obtained. The new license must be obtained within thirty days of the aforementioned change.
