4709-7-16 Separation of shop.

No person shall use any room or place for barbering which is also used for residential or other business purposes, unless it is separated by a substantial ceiling high partition. This does not exclude products that are usually used and sold in barber shops. All barber chairs must be spaced not less than five feet of center.
